Introducing America’s best new bar – come check it out!

Dan Meiser is the founder of Port of Call in Mystic Connecticut. The bar was opened by Dan Meiser on March 1. Renee Touponce created an international culinary experience inspired by ports. Jade Ayala is a mixologist who has created drinks that were inspired by ports. This menu pairs specific dishes and drinks.

Port of Call

Following the most recent Food & Wine Awards, Newport Beach’s Port of Call is proud to have been awarded one of the highest honors in the nation. This restaurant and bar themed on the sea evokes the days of maritime excursion and celebrates global food and drink culture. The guests can indulge in a cocktail-based meal, a beer and arcade games.

Death & Co.

The inaugural list of the 50 best North American Bars was unveiled live in Capitale in New York City, and it was awarded to the Attaboy bar which is a speakeasy located in the Lower East Side. The bar was started by legendary cocktail drinkers Sam Ross and Michael McIlroy as a tribute to the bar’s predecessor, Milk & Honey. Staff members of the bar also give tribute to Sasha Petraske, the late manager.

Katana Kitten

Katana Kitten is an unorthodox bar for cocktails. It’s also one of America’s best emerging bars. It’s a mix of Japanese bartending as well as the dive bar atmosphere of the West Village. The bar has only been open since 2018. However, it’s being listed as one of the best bars of the world.

Montero’s

The new Montero’s bar is located in Brooklyn Heights, New York, is located at the number 73 Atlantic Avenue. The first sign was destroyed in 1947 by Robert Moses, who wanted to build a container port and expressway. The bar was open despite the recession in economy, more violence and the flood of wealth.

Sidney’s Five

Sidney’s Five East Village restaurant and bar is where it’s located. Its drinks are fantastic as are the meals, which are excellent, as well. Mini martini flights are offered and delicious chocolate covered strawberries. Additionally, they have a vast meal menu featuring smaller plates, as well as filling dishes like the corn dogs with andouille. Sidney’s Five is open five days a week, from 5 p.m. till closing which is why it’s always filled.

Saint Tuesday

The Saint Tuesday Bar, a speakeasy bar inspired by the speakeasy within New York City has opened its doors. The bar is located on the second floor below in the Walker Hotel in Tribeca. It is decorated with worn wood floors and arched mirrors. The classic bentwood stool is also featured in the interior. It features live music every the night, starting at 9:00pm. Also, you can enjoy an alcoholic drink that is part of the Saint Tuesday Reserve List, which features vintage and rare spirits.
